How to Add a New Product or Service to Your Account

Whether you need an additional hosting plan, a new domain, or an add-on service, you can add products directly to your existing dotCanada account without creating a new account.

How to Add a New Product

1. Log in to your dotCanada client area.
2. Click on Store or browse to the product category you're interested in (hosting, domains, add-ons, etc.).
3. Select the plan or product you'd like to add.
4. Customize options such as billing cycle and any add-ons.
5. Proceed through checkout - your existing billing details will be pre-filled.
6. Complete the order. The new product will appear in your Services list once provisioned.

Ordering a New Domain

To register an additional domain, go to the domain search in your client area or the dotCanada website, search for the domain you want, and add it to your cart. Your domain will be linked to your existing account.

Payment at Checkout

When adding a new product, you can pay using your saved credit card, a new card, or PayPal. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

How Long Does Provisioning Take?

Most hosting plans are provisioned automatically within a few minutes of payment. Domain registrations typically complete within minutes as well, though propagation across the internet can take up to 48 hours.
