How to View and Pay an Invoice
All of your dotCanada invoices are managed through your client area. You can view outstanding balances, review past invoices, and make payments at any time - here's how.
Viewing Your Invoices
- Log in to your dotCanada client area.
- From the main menu, go to Billing and select Invoices.
- You'll see a list of all invoices - both unpaid and paid - with their dates and amounts.
- Click any invoice to view the full details, including the services billed and due date.
Paying an Unpaid Invoice
- Open the unpaid invoice from your invoices list.
- Click the Pay Now button.
- Select your preferred payment method: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal.
- Complete the payment and you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Invoice Emails
dotCanada automatically emails invoices to the primary email address on your account when they are generated - typically a few days before your renewal date. If you're not receiving invoice emails, check your spam folder or verify your email address in your account settings.
Past Due Invoices
If an invoice goes unpaid past its due date, your services may be suspended. To avoid interruptions, consider setting up auto-pay so your renewals are handled automatically.
If you have trouble paying an invoice or need clarification on a charge, contact our support team and we'll help sort it out.
