Steps to Restore an Email Account

  1. Log in to cPanel and open JetBackup from the Files section.
  2. Click Email Accounts in the JetBackup dashboard.
  3. Find the email account you'd like to restore from the list.
  4. Select the backup date you want to restore from.
  5. Click the restore icon next to that snapshot and confirm when prompted.
