How to Access JetBackup in cPanel

JetBackup is dotCanada's primary backup and restore tool. It's built right into cPanel, making it easy to access your automatic daily backups at any time.

How to Open JetBackup

1. Log in to your cPanel account at yourdomain.com/cpanel.
2. Scroll down to the Files section.
3. Click the JetBackup icon.

The JetBackup dashboard will open, giving you access to all available backup types and restore options.

What You'll See in JetBackup

The JetBackup interface is organized into sections based on what you want to restore or download:

• Full Backups - View and download complete account snapshots
• Home Directory - Browse and restore individual files and folders
• Databases - Restore MySQL databases
• Database Users - Restore database user accounts
• Email Accounts - Restore mailboxes
• FTP Accounts - Restore FTP users
• SSL Certificates - Restore SSL configurations
• Cron Jobs - Restore scheduled tasks

Backup Availability

dotCanada automatically creates daily backups of your account and retains them for 30 days. This means you can restore your site, files, or databases to any point within the past month.
