How to Set Up a Reseller-Branded cPanel

As a dotCanada reseller, you can present cPanel to your clients under your own brand. This white-label approach builds trust and makes your hosting service look professional and polished.

What You Can Customize

• Company name and logo displayed in cPanel
• Support contact information (phone, email, URL)
• The cPanel theme appearance
• Which features are visible to clients via Feature Lists

Setting Your Branding in WHM

1. Log into WHM and go to Server Configuration then Basic cPanel/WHM Setup
2. Enter your Company Name - this appears throughout the cPanel interface
3. Add your Company Support Email and Support URL
4. Upload your company logo if the option is available in your WHM version
5. Save your changes

Customizing the cPanel Theme

WHM allows you to set the default cPanel theme for all accounts. Go to Server Configuration then Tweak Settings to find theme and style options. The Jupiter theme is the current default and recommended option.

Feature Lists for Client-Facing Control

Use Feature Manager in WHM to create feature lists that hide dotCanada branding or tools you don't want your clients to see. Assign these feature lists to your hosting packages.
