How to Access WHM (Web Host Manager)

WHM (Web Host Manager) is your command centre for managing all client cPanel accounts. Accessing it is straightforward once you have your reseller credentials from dotCanada.

Access Methods

Direct URL

Navigate to your reseller domain or server hostname followed by port 2087:

Use your reseller username and password to log in. Make sure your browser accepts the SSL certificate for the server hostname.

Via the dotCanada Client Area

1. Log into your account at dotcanada.com
2. Navigate to Services and select your reseller hosting plan
3. Click Login to WHM for direct access without entering credentials again

Troubleshooting Login Issues

• Ensure port 2087 is not blocked by your firewall or network
• Double-check your username - reseller usernames are case-sensitive
• If you have forgotten your password, reset it through the dotCanada client area
• Try accessing WHM via the server's IP address if your domain's DNS is not yet propagated: https://123.456.789.0:2087

Once logged in, you'll land on the WHM dashboard where you can manage all aspects of your reseller account. If you're having trouble accessing WHM, contact our support team and we'll get you sorted out.
