How to Log Into a Client's cPanel Account from WHM

One of the most convenient features of WHM is the ability to log directly into any client's cPanel account without knowing their password. This is essential for troubleshooting, configuration, and account setup on behalf of clients.

Logging In via List Accounts

1. Log into WHM and navigate to Account Information then List Accounts
2. Find your client's account in the list - you can search by username or domain
3. Click the cPanel icon or the login link next to their account
4. You will be logged directly into their cPanel without entering a password

Logging In via Account Summary

1. Go to Account Functions then Modify an Account
2. Search for the account and open it
3. Look for the Go to cPanel link and click it

What You Can Do Once Inside
