How to Find Your cPanel Login Details

cPanel is the control panel you will use to manage your hosting account - uploading files, creating email addresses, installing WordPress, and more. Before you can log in, you need your cPanel credentials. Here is where to find them.

Option 1: Check Your Welcome Email

When you signed up with dotCanada, a welcome email was sent to your registered email address. This email contains your cPanel username, cPanel password, and the cPanel login URL specific to your hosting server. Search your inbox for an email from dotCanada if you have not already saved this information.

Option 2: Log Into Your Client Area

If you cannot find your welcome email, you can retrieve your cPanel details through the client area:

1. Log into clients.dotcanada.com with your account email and password
2. Click on Services and select your hosting plan
3. Your cPanel username and a link to log in directly will be shown on the service details page
4. If needed, you can also reset your cPanel password from this page

Security Reminder

Your cPanel password is separate from your client area password. It is a good idea to use a strong, unique password for each. If you need to reset your cPanel password, you can do so at any time from the client area or by contacting our support team for assistance.
