How to Request a Commission Withdrawal

Once your affiliate balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, you can request a withdrawal directly from your dotCanada affiliate dashboard. Here's how the process works.

Before You Request a Withdrawal

Make sure your available balance meets or exceeds the minimum payout threshold of $50 CAD. Commissions listed as pending are not yet eligible - only your available balance can be withdrawn.

How to Request a Withdrawal

1. Log in to your dotCanada client area.
2. Go to the Affiliates section of your dashboard.
3. Click on Request Withdrawal.
4. Choose your preferred payout method: PayPal or Account Credit.
5. If selecting PayPal, confirm your PayPal email address is correct.
6. Submit your withdrawal request.

Payout Methods

• PayPal: Funds are sent to your verified PayPal email address. Processing typically takes a few business days.
• Account Credit: Balance is applied directly to your dotCanada account and can be used toward any future invoice.

Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the dotCanada team. PayPal payouts are generally completed within a few business days of approval. Account credit is usually applied more quickly.
