The dotCanada affiliate dashboard gives you real-time visibility into how your referral links are performing. You can monitor clicks, sign-ups, and commissions all from one place inside your client area.

Accessing Your Stats

1. Log in to your dotCanada client area.
2. Navigate to the Affiliates section.
3. Your dashboard displays a summary of your performance, including total clicks, conversions, and pending commissions.

Understanding Your Metrics

• Clicks: The total number of times your affiliate link has been clicked.
• Conversions: The number of clicks that resulted in a completed purchase.
• Pending Commissions: Earnings that have been tracked but are waiting for the order to clear any refund period.
• Available Balance: Commission that has cleared and is ready to withdraw.

Conversion Tracking and Cookies

When a visitor clicks your link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser. If they return and complete a purchase within the cookie window, the conversion is still credited to your account - even if they didn't buy on their first visit.

Tips for Improving Performance
