Customer testimonials build trust and credibility with new visitors. SiteJet gives you a dedicated testimonials element so you can showcase what your clients are saying - right on your dotCanada-hosted website.

Inserting a Testimonials Element

1. Open your page in the SiteJet editor and click the + icon to open the element panel.
2. Search for Testimonials or browse the social proof section.
3. Drag the testimonials block onto your page where you'd like it to appear.

Customizing Your Testimonials

1. Click the element to select it and open its settings panel.
2. Click Manage Testimonials to add, edit, or remove individual quotes.
3. For each testimonial, enter the quote text, customer name, title or company, and optionally upload a photo.
4. Choose a display style - cards, carousel, or list - from the layout options.
5. Adjust colours, fonts, and spacing to match your site's branding.

Best Practices

• Use real, specific testimonials - vague praise is less convincing than detailed feedback.
• Include the customer's name and role whenever possible for authenticity.
• Aim for 3–6 testimonials to keep the section concise and readable.
• Consider placing testimonials near a call-to-action button to encourage conversions.
